1913-D (Type One): Original carving. While the date is missing on this unknown artist's carving, the reverse tells us it is a 1913 Type One issue. The hat dome is stippled, and the hatband has a bow, with a straight-line brim. The dark hair, beard, and moustache was created to look curly, and there is an eyebrow on the subject. Profile (nose) has also been ethnically altered. Simple shirt and coat lapel, and well-formed ear with a "slip cut" leading down from it. An Above Average carving on a Very Fine coin.

Shipping: Coin/Currency (view shipping information)
