<B>1913-D $20 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> Most examples of the 1913-D apparently survived in European or South American bank vaults, and have trickled back to the U.S. over the past few decades. Large numbers are available through MS64, but the population takes a precipitous drop in MS65. Green-gold patina rests on sparkling luster, and a well executed strike left bold definition on the design elements.
