1913-D $20 MS65 PCGS. During the few years prior to World War I, double eagles were coined in limited quantities. For most years, the Philadelphia Mint issue is considered a rarity, and examples from other mints are much more plentiful, although none are considered common at this grade level. PCGS has only graded three finer examples of this date. This satiny piece has highly lustrous yellow-gold surfaces. Hints of orange toning are visible on both sides, and the fields are slightly reflective.

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
