<B>1913 5C Type Two PR66 PCGS.</B></I> The Buffalo nickel proofs of 1913 had microgranular surfaces that were a far cry from the reflectivity of prior years, which did not sit well with collectors then. Still, numismatists today appreciate the finishes, both brilliant and satiny, that appear on the eight major varieties of Buffalo nickel proofs. Rose and aqua patina washes over the softly shimmering surfaces, which have delicate gold and violet accents.
