<B>1913 $20 MS64 PCGS.</B></I> Unlike the more prevalent issues such as 1924 and 1927, the 1913 was not heavily repatriated from overseas; few examples left the United States at all, as rising international tensions chilled global trade. This pleasingly lustrous yellow-orange piece is an above-average survivor. The overall level of detail is solid, and the devices are surprisingly mark-free.
