<B>1912-S 5C Liberty Nickel--Reverse Half of a Split Planchet--AU50 PCGS.</B></I> Positively identified as a 1912-S since that was the only date that the San Francisco Mint coined Liberty nickels. The "obverse" clearly shows the internal crystalline planchet structure while the reverse is a well-formed impression of the famous V design.
