<B>1912<10C> PR65 Cameo NGC.</B></I> The appeal is quite high-end and the grade seems a bit conservative. The field-device contrast appears to verge on Deep Cameo, and the only visible defects are a microscopic dark spot visible with a loupe on the inside hair ribbon, and a tiny planchet flaw in the reverse field. The fields are pristine and deeply mirrored, the devices are thickly frosted, and the "distractions" mentioned do nothing to diminish the allure.
