1911-D 25C MS64 PCGS. Seeming conservatively graded, this lightly-toned near-Gem is well struck, with attractive satin luster. The obverse displays one noticeable contact mark to the right of Liberty's nose, and a short pinscratch on the base of her portrait. The reverse has a wispy pinscratch across the shield, but is otherwise pristine. A very scarce issue, with the lowest mintage (933,600) of any D-mint Barber quarter issue. Population: 16 in 64, 5 finer (1/03). Important notice: We expect to be auctioning lots at the rate of 200-250 per hour. On occasion eBay live bid software cannot keep up with the pace of the auctions where 4-5 lots per minute can hammer down, so we recommend that you place a realistic absentee bid now as insurance to avoid disappointment. Also please note that all Heritage/CAA lots purchased through eBay Live carry a 20% Buyer's Premium. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions.
