<B>1911-D $2 1/2 MS64 PCGS.</B></I> All of the design elements on both sides of this sharply struck quarter eagle are intricately detailed, including the mintmark that sits boldly on top of the field. An impressive near-Gem specimen, the obverse and reverse have frosty mint brilliance with delightful orange-gold luster. While examination with a magnifier reveals a few faint lines and minuscule ticks, the overall beauty and eye appeal of this important piece is exceptional. The present example will provide the advanced Set Registry collector with an excellent combination of quality and price, and should prove to be a good value.
