<B>1911-D $2 1/2 MS64 NGC.</B></I> Always a favorite date, we are pleased to present a selection of '11-D quarter eagles in various grades, providing the ideal opportunity to finish a collection. The frosty yellow-gold surfaces have hints of orange toning to increase the aesthetic appeal. Slight imperfections prevent a higher grade and price. The designs are bold, including the high wire rim along the upper right part of the obverse. The mintmark is strong, adding to the desirability of this piece.<BR> The population figures are likely inflated by a large percentage of resubmissions, suggesting that this date is much more common than it really is.
