1910s Wilmarth Glass & Wood Display Case
For your consideration is this 1910s Wilmarth glass and wood display cabinet. Wilmarth was a manufacturer of high-gread retail showcases, counters, and wall cases from 1908-1926. This is an antique oak and glass display cabinet. The case shows a wood back that can be pulled open with a knob and glass display throughout the rest of the cabinet. There is a single glass shelf in the case that is non-adjustable and is marked on the brass colored mounts reading, "Knape Mach Co. Grand Rapids Michigan". The tag at the top of the case reads, "Wilmarth / The case with a conscience / Grand Rapids, Mich". The piece could be used as a bar counter, display case, store front piece, or could be the accent piece your collection needs. The case shows good condition overall with wear from its age and use over the years, but no signs of obvious damage are present. The case measures 12 1/2" L x 23" W x 10 7/8" H.
