1910-D $10 MS66 PCGS. The 1910-D, 1926, and 1932 are the three most commonly encountered ten Indians, and as such have always been the focus of attention for type collectors. The 1910-D has an edge over the other two, however, because of the D-mintmark. This piece would be an unimprovable type coin in terms of color and luster. In terms of technical preservation, it is difficult to imagine a better-preserved 1910-D, but NGC has certified eight pieces finer. This is a "typical" Kutasi coin. That is to say, the color and luster on this piece are consistent with the other coins in his collection. The obverse shows an interplay of rose-gold and lilac patina, while the reverse is primarily reddish in hue with an interesting arc of lilac next to the rim on the right part of that side. Sharply struck throughout and refreshingly clean with no obvious marks on either side.
From The Kutasi Collection.

Shipping: Coin/Currency (view shipping information)
