1910-D $10 MS65 PCGS. In lower grades the 1910-D is a common coin and not worth any special notice. However, in Gem condition it is rarely seen. Only 66 pieces have been so graded by PCGS (2/08). This is a spectacular coin. The surfaces have fine granularity with a noticeably frosted finish. Unlike lower graded coins, the abrasions that are present on this piece are so few that they could actually be counted. The only one that can be seen with the unaided eye is a short, shallow mark across the cheek of the Native American. Subtle reddish-gold color deepens around the margins on each side. An outstanding ten dollar Indian.

Coin Engraver: Augustus Saint-Gaudens

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
