Every page is in super condition! A collection of contemporary accounts of holiday celebrations in colonial times compiled from diaries, records and letters. George Washington, Gov. Bradford-Plymouth 1600's, Anne Green Winslow, Jacob Hiltzheimer-State Assembly Member 1700's are featured along with others. The collection covers all major holidays of colonial times. A count of 21 colored pictures with Walter Tittle signature. The cover is a slick paper attached to the hard cover-it has a spot at the bottom that I believe can be removed by a restorer, cover shows wear and the spine is frayed at top and bottom and shows wear, all four corners are curled in, pages are NOT detaching from the spine. First blank page does have name of prior owner written in ink. Gold(?) accenting throughout. Approx. 10"x7.75; consists of 73 numbered pages, a title page, a copyright page, a dedication page, 4 preface pages, 3 contents pages and the illustrated pages. PAYPAL Accepted. USD Only.
