<B>1910 $2 1/2 PR65 NGC.</B></I> Like nearly all known proof 1910 quarter eagles, this example exhibits brilliant and satiny yellow surfaces with the distinctive Roman Finish, although we prefer the Satin Finish description for these pieces. Both sides are sharply detailed and present pristine surfaces. Despite a recorded mintage of 682 proofs for this date, which is clearly an erroneous entry, only about 100 examples exist in all grades.
