1910 $10 MS66 PCGS. Despite a rather low mintage of 31
1910 $10 MS66 PCGS. Despite a rather low mintage of 318,500 coins, this date is considered common in nearly every grade. Garrett and Guth discuss this issue: "The 1910 issue is one of the more available dates in all grades, including Gem Mint State and higher. As with other Philadelphia Mint coins, the luster and strike are all that a collector could hope to find. Although the mintage is small when compared with a few other common dates, enough were saved to satisfy collector demand." Actually, coins such as this that exceed the Gem MS65 grade level are not so plentiful, as the PCGS data indicates. This piece has frosty honey-gold color with a sharp struck and brilliant luster. Population: 14 in 66, 2 finer (10/06).

Shipping: Coin/Currency (view shipping information)
