<B>1909 25C PR68 Cameo NGC.</B></I> Only 650 pieces were struck of this proof issue. This example is sharply struck with watery, jet-black fields and nicely frosted snow-white devices. The stark cameo contrast on both sides is visually compelling. Careful inspection of the surfaces, with the aid of high magnification, only increases one's admiration for the coin, while helping to explain the lofty grade assessment by NGC. This piece, the single finest-graded at NGC and PCGS combined, is a remarkable specimen that appears to be immaculately preserved.
