<B>1909<$20> MS64 PCGS.</B></I> The bright surfaces of this near-Gem example display fine-grain textures and softly frosted mint luster. The striking details are generally crisp throughout, save for minor weakness on the fingers of Liberty's torch hand. The lime-gold coloration is modified by pink-rose accents near the centers. Somewhat available in lower Mint State grades, this issue is legitimately scarce at levels exceeding Select Mint State.
