Neal Ball was a Deadball Era infielder who played for several teams over the course of a long pro career. He broke in back in 1903 and played his last game in 1924. Seven of those seasons were spent in the big leagues, and he was a member of the 1912 Boston Red Sox World Series championship team. He is most famous for making the first unassisted triple play in Major League Baseball history on July 19, 1909, while with the Cleveland Naps. From the classic 1909-11 T206 monster set, this is the "New York" version (there is also a "Cleveland" version), graded 1.5 FR by CGC with a Piedmont back.
