<B>1909-11 T206 George Stovall Batting PSA NM 7.</B></I> Nicknamed "Firebrand" for his hot-headed temper, Stovall was relieved of his St. Louis Browns managerial position in 1913 after an argument with an umpire resulted in Stovall knocking off the ump's hat and dousing his coat with tobacco juice. Here we find him in a quieter moment, bat at the ready.
