<B>1908-D $20 No Motto MS65 PCGS.</B></I> The 1908-D No Motto twenty dollar tends to exhibit localized weakness, particularly on the Capitol building and the upper portion of Liberty. The Gem example in this lot displays quite good definition in these areas; the building's panes show, as does delineation in the fingers of Liberty's outstretched hand.
