Although this issue is the most frequently offered of the proof type, auction appearances are still quite infrequent, especially in high grades. PCGS and NGC combined have certified 24 pieces in PR67, with none finer (11/06), a figure that undoubtedly includes resubmissions. This piece is absolutely pristine and nearly quibble-free (save for a couple of tiny dark toning flecks), and prototypical in its appeal.
