<B>1908 $2 1/2 MS66 PCGS.</B></I> Like many other first-year issues that were saved in quantity by the general public, the 1908 is a popular type issue. This Premium Gem would fit well in a high-end collection. Its luminous surfaces are peach-gold and orange-gold with a touch of satin, and the devices are well-defined overall, though the eagle's upper wing shows a trace of weakness, a common characteristic. A planchet flaw extends though the ERTY of LIBERTY, though this is a minor distraction.
