<B>1907 1C Indian Cent--Double Struck, 2nd Strike 10% Off Center Rotated--MS64 Brown NGC.</B></I> This Indian cent was struck normally, then remained in the coinage chamber and was struck a second time. The coin rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise between strikes. The second strike is slightly off center toward 1 o'clock.
