Variegated cobalt-blue, orange-gold, and lavender patina adorns each side, but does not in the least interfere with the reflectivity from the mirrored fields. Exquisitely struck design elements appear to be suspended over glassy fields when the coin is tilted beneath a light source. Only 575 proofs were struck.
