1907 $10 No Periods MS64 PCGS. The 1907 ten dollar No Periods, with a mintage of 239,406 pieces, is one of the most available of the Indian Head eagles. Mint engraver Charles Barber made some modifications to Saint-Gaudens' design, including removing the triangular stops or periods, reshaping the branch, and strengthening the feather ends (Jeff Garrett and Ron Guth, 2006). Variegated apricot-gold and mint-green patina resides on the highly lustrous surfaces of this near-Gem, and the design elements are well impressed. Some minute obverse marks define the grade. Housed in a green-label holder.
From The Silver Fox Collection.

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
