<B>1906 25C PR68</B></I> S<B> NGC.</B></I> Fully brilliant silver-white surfaces are entirely void of toning on either side. Light cameo contrast is visible on the obverse, with deeper contrast on the reverse. Considered separately, the reverse seems to have strong enough contrast for a Cameo designation.
