<B>1906 25C PR66 PCGS.</B></I> Both sides of this stunning proof have impeccable mirrored fields and frosty devices that are masked by mottled iridescence. It is a wonderful cameo example, although not designated as such by PCGS. The proof mintage of 675 coins ranks in the middle of production totals for the design.
