<B>1906 $2 1/2 PR67 Cameo PCGS.</B></I> Among the finer surviving examples from a mintage of just 160 coins, this piece has remarkable orange-gold color on both sides, with sharply defined devices. The surfaces are fully brilliant with deeply mirrored fields and the devices exhibit just enough mint frost to receive the Cameo designation. Authors Jeff Garrett and Ron Guth consider this to be an excellent choice for type collectors: "An example can be found with a few months' effort and a little cash. Proof gold coinage can be an incredible bargain at today's prices.
