<B>1905 G$1 Lewis and Clark MS64 ANACS.</B></I> David Bowers (1991) writes of the Lewis and Clark gold dollars that: "Typical grades range from AU50 to AU58 with an occasional coin grading in the MS60 to MS63 range. MS64 coins are difficult to find, and MS65 pieces are rare." The near-Gem offered in this lot radiates dazzling luster from peach-gold surfaces that reveal just a few faint handling marks.
