<B>1905 $2 1/2 MS66 PCGS.</B></I> While the 1905 is a common post-1900 date in the series, the best comment on its relative availability in high grade was probably made by Paul Taglione in 1982: "The individual who desires a Mint State-65 1905 Quarter-Eagle should construe availability as <I>the high probability that the coin in question can be obtained in a 2 or 3 month period."</B></I> This is a magnificent MS66 coin that is fully struck in all areas and shows rich, satiny yellow-gold coloration.
