<B>1904 S$1 PR64 PCGS.</B></I> Splashes of faint light tan color are visible under a glass, as are a few wispy hairlines that define the grade. Except for softness in the hair over Liberty's ear and on the eagle's breast feathers, the design elements are nicely brought up.
