<B>1904-O<50C> MS65 PCGS.</B></I> This is a remarkable opportunity for the Set Registry collector, as few Gem quality examples of the date have survived over the past century. In fact, this is only the second Gem MS65 example of the date that we have offered since 1993. Previously, we offered a similarly graded piece in our 2005 FUN sale. That coin was a different specimen, although apparently from the same obverse and reverse dies with a matching die crack on the obverse and similar die polishing lines on the reverse. This piece has exceptional design details with sharp definition on both sides. It has fully brilliant surfaces and vibrant luster with only a few insignificant marks to prevent a higher grade. Population: 4 in 65, 6 finer (9/06).
