<B>1904 G$1 Lewis and Clark MS66 PCGS.</B></I> As time passes, events worthy of celebration a century ago inspire new commemoratives in the current era. The 500th anniversary of the first Christopher Columbus voyage merited a three-coin set, and in 2004, a new Lewis and Clark dollar entered the modern commemorative pantheon. This time the dollar was silver, not gold, and the two famed explorers appeared on the same side.<BR> Intense yellow-gold color characterizes this spectacular 1904 Lewis and Clark dollar. Both sides exhibit excellent definition and carefully preserved surfaces. The luster is strong, and the overall eye appeal is stellar. A wonderful representative that could find a home in the finest of sets.
