<B>1904 50C PR65 PCGS.</B></I> The 1904 half dollars come with a proof mintage of 670 pieces, a goodly number of which are extant today, based upon PCGS/NGC population/census figures. The PR65 coin in this lot displays bright surfaces that are visited by whispers of golden-tan patination. The design features are well struck, save for the usual softness in the upper right corner of the shield and adjacent wing feathers. Close examination reveals no significant marks.
