<B>1904 $5 MS67 PCGS.</B></I> Few Liberty half eagles of any date have been certified MS67 by PCGS. In fact, PCGS has certified over 90,000 examples of this design type, yet only 47 pieces have been graded MS67 or finer, including every date from 1839 to 1908. Just one coin receives a Superb Gem grade for every 2,000 examples certified by this grading service. This sharply impressed specimen has glorious yellow-gold luster with pristine, frosty surfaces. It is clearly finer than some other examples at the same grade level.
