<B>1904<$20> MS66 NGC.</B></I> An appealing Premium Gem with sharp design elements and rich honey-gold color. Both sides have soft, frosty luster that adds immeasurably to the visual presentation. A few insignificant blemishes are evident on each side, and prevent a Superb Gem grade. This example is one of the finest 1904 Liberty double eagles available. In fact, out of many thousands of pieces certified, NGC has only graded one finer example of this date. With the exception of that single coin, this piece represents unimprovable quality.
