<B>1904 1C Indian Cent--Double Struck, Second Strike 65% Off Center With Indent--MS62 Brown NGC.</B></I> The second strike is far off center toward 12 o'clock, and positioned at 10:30 relative to the first strike. The outer 25% of the obverse of the second strike is indented by a newly fed planchet (not included). The dates from both strikes show. The indent allows portions of the TE in STATES to show, this is misidentified as a brockage by NGC. An impressive error combination.<BR><BR><B>Coin Engraver:</B> James B.
