<B>1903 G$1 Louisiana Purchase/McKinley MS66 PCGS.</B></I> Two varieties of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition were minted--one with the head of Thomas Jefferson, who was president when the Louisiana Territory was purchased from France, and the other with the head of President William McKinley, who sanctioned the exposition. The Premium Gem McKinley dollar for sale in this lot displays frosty apricot-gold surfaces with light green undertones and sharply impressed design features.
