<B>1903<$20> MS65 NGC.</B></I> Sharply struck with a lavish satiny sheen over both sides that illuminates lovely peach-gold and rose toning. Neither side reveals any distracting abrasions, but a few wispy marks are acknowledged on the obverse, for the sake of accuracy. A relatively common date, but one that remains rare at any grade level above MS65, where only nine pieces have been certified by NGC (9/06).
