Graded Mint State 62 by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC), this 1902-O Morgan Silver Dollar originates from the New Orleans Mint and is composed of .900 fine silver. The obverse features the enduring portrait of Liberty by George T. Morgan, portrayed in classical profile with an agricultural headdress and the word LIBERTY inscribed upon her coronet. She is framed by the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM, thirteen stars, and the date 1902. The reverse displays a striking heraldic eagle with wings extended, grasping a bundle of arrows and an olive branch, encircled by a wreath and bearing the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, and ONE DOLLAR, with the "O" mintmark located below the wreath. Housed in a graded NGC holder complete with the signature red label and holographic seal for further preservation and authentication. Slab measures: 2.25"L x 0.25"W x 3.25"H. Coin diameter: 38.1 mm.
