This printing bears a Department of State seal to lower left, next to which is printed: ''…I Certify that the foregoing is a fac-simile [sic] of the original Declaration of Independence….this 8th day of November, A.D. 1902 and of the Independence of the United States of America the one hundred and twenty-seventh. John Hay''. Measures 14.25'' x 20.'' Toning, creasing and several small tears throughout. Overall in very good condition.
