<B>1901-S<$10> MS65 PCGS.</B></I> This issue is noteworthy both for its generous original mintage and for the generous appearance of the survivors. The present example is a typical Gem 1901-S, blessed with a lush, lustrous apricot-gold surfaces on both sides, graced with a tinge of hazel on the rims. The strike is nearly full, save for a single spot of weakness on the hair above the ear, and abrasions are minimal and undistracting.
