1900s Mike Morales Double Bit with Double Conchos (1888-1934),spade port with roller, slobber bar lower shank, chain rein guards, unmarked, Miguel Morales ''I have worked in the best bit and spur shops in California and Nevada and can make anything from a spur rowel to the silver mountings for a saddle. My bits and spurs are made by hand from the ground up.'' Born in 1888 in Mexico and in 1902 apprenticed with G.S. Garcia in Elko, Nev., 1915 opened shop in Portland, OR, 1927 relocated his shop in 1927 to Los Angeles, CA, prior to 1910 Morales did not mark his pieces, Morales used a double parallel diagonal line from one corner of the design to the other. He decorated his silver conchas with a six-petal motif, filling the spaces between with a half diamond shape. Mike used both overlay and inlay, but the majority were overlaid.

After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. Any Bidder that has never purchased from us, may be asked for credit card information prior to Approval To Bid.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.

All shipping is at the buyers expense, and will be determined after each auction, based on actual shipping charges to designated shipping address, supplied by the buyer.
