<B>1900-S $20 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> The intense luster that rolls across each side of this visually alluring Gem is perhaps its most noteworthy attribute; but the lovely yellow-gold and mint-green coloration is not far behind. Both of these features combine together to ensure the strong overall eye appeal of the piece. The meticulously struck design elements are uniform on both sides, except only for obverse stars 1 and 2 and a few of the denticles. A minor scuff mark on Liberty's cheek is unfortunate, but does little to impair the overall visual quality of the coin. The fields on each side are remarkably clean for one of these large, heavy gold coins. Somewhat common in lower grades, this issue is exceedingly scarce at the Gem level of preservation, with fewer than 10 pieces so graded at NGC and PCGS combined.
