<B>1900 S$1 MS66 NGC.</B></I> Strike and luster quality are inconsistent on this turn-of-the-century issue, according to Wayne Miller. This pleasing Premium Gem displays creamy luster over essentially untoned surfaces. The design elements are sharply struck, with minimal weakness just above the ear.
