<B>1900 $10 PR61 Cameo NGC.</B></I> Despite a lower numerical grade that is the result of minor hairlines visible in the fields on both sides of this proof, it retains exceptional aesthetic appeal created by the exceptional contrast on both sides. The devices are fully lustrous and sharply defined, surrounded by deep mirrors. Hints of lilac and blue toning are evident at on each side, limited almost entirely to the extreme outer borders outside of the dentils.
