<B>19??-P 50C Kennedy Half--Double Struck, Second Strike 15% Off Center--MS62 PCGS.</B></I> This half dollar failed to eject from the dies after its initial and normal impression. The second strike is nicely off center toward 4:30, at 5 o'clock relative to the first strike.
