Oval footed silver open salt cellar. The cellar is in the shape of a bulging open tub with a short out-turned lip. The bowl sits on four short curved cabriole legs. An elegantly simple and pure
design. Fully hallmarked for Austria 1787, .813 silver purity, silversmith IG, as well as engraved DIZ and date of 1798 on bottom.
Size: 1.25" (3cm) high, 2" x 2.75" (5cm x 7cm) oval
