18th c red & blue cornflower Old Paris plate

This is a rare red & blue cornflower dinner plate with fluted rim and gold gilt flower sprig. Painted with decor de la Rene or cornflower pattern. This pattern was first painted on Sevres porcelain For French Queen Marie Antoinette about 1774. Cornflowers were favored by Marie Antoinette. The cornflower pattern is regarded as a classic Louis XVI porcelain pattern.The plate is in good condition. 9".
